Heidi is a gentle and affectionate lass whose early years were spent on a farm in the rugged and stormy Scottish highlands, nestled near the enigmatic waters of Loch Ness. She has a passion for baking delicious oatcakes and buttery shortbread, and she relishes the warmth of cosy surroundings. While Heidi cherished the lush green hills and moody ambiance of Scotland, she always harboured a dream of retiring to a sunnier locale.

And so, she made her way to a charming farm in Australia, bidding adieu to the cold winds of the Highlands. One of Heidi's motivations for the move was her woolly-headed husband, Henry, whose lifelong obsession involved trying to catch a glimpse of the elusive Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as 'Nessie.' Heidi often found herself listening to his persistent lowing from the loch's banks, as he hoped to coax Nessie out of her watery lair, regardless of the late hours of the night.
